Value Proposition Coaching
Coaching with Futurecurve generally follows on from our workshops. We know coaching can be the empowering motivator to help you take your shared learnings and put them into action. All of our coaches are senior executives trained in both business and psychology. They not only help you to implement what you've learned, but they also work to positively challenge you, equipping you with the skills to drive positive change for the long term.
Meetings tend to be structured and run on a bi-weekly basis and are performance driven, designed to improve your on-the-job performance.

Value Proposition Mentoring
Many of our clients are senior executives who are looking to an experienced and trusted adviser to help them execute their strategy and act as a sounding board. We view mentoring as being development driven, as opposed to performance driven, taking a holistic view of you as a person, in the context of your business environment.
Meetings are done on peer basis and are more informal in tone and style. You are more likely to set the agenda and tap into the expertise of our executive mentor.
The outcome from a mentoring relationship shifts and changes over time. There is no real focus on specific, measurable results but more interest in your overall development.
